We invite you to experience a great night at the Five Palms, born of our love of

music,food, wine and art. 

ART....We feature a selected artist(s) that will be on hand with their beautiful collection of paintings to speak about their process and perhaps inspire us to tap into our creative side. 

MELE (music)..... Another part of the perfect environment we create on this night, selecting a local musician to feature is a fun process in itself and we try to find the best from all around Maui to enhance the night. 

WINE....My personal favorite part is to select a winery which produces outstanding wine of any varietal, from an Earthy Pinot to a bright vibrant Merlot, we select the winery which will best compliments the evening’s music, art, and food.

FOOD....With our hearts, minds and soul pleased it is now time for our stomach.  Chef James Furnish creates culinary magic with his selection of pupus for the evening ranging from Braised Shortrib with a Miso Blue Cheese Sauce on a Puff Pastry to Duck Spring Rolls, you never really know what will come out of the Five Palms kitchen.  As we are an island restaurant we always have on hand some of Maui best Sushi made at our spectacular Sushi Bar.

SUNSET....Our location is hands down the best on the island and the culmination of Third Tuesday’s is the enthralling sunsets we experience at the end of the evening, whether it be on the grass lawn or our oceanfront dining room, Mother nature never disappoints, and perhaps if lucky a green flash......
